By booking a picnic, you, the client, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a picnic carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or damage to property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
Release of Liability
I agree to release and hold harmless Luxury Picnics KC, its employees, agents, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with my participation in a picnic, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
No Responsibility for Well-Being
I understand and agree that Luxury Picnics KC is not responsible for my health, safety, or well-being during or after the picnic.

I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in the activity. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or limitations, if applicable.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Picnics KC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of my participation in the picnic. I acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions carefully, understand its contents, and book voluntarily.
